Waterflow offer a full range of asset management services and this has led some of our clients to ask us to take complete responsibility for management of their infrastructure assets. This involves development of performance standards and asset management plans, and in every case we have been able to deliver quantifiable year on year cost savings to our customers.

• Monitoring of historic asset deterioration, failures and incidents
• Creation of an asset management plan identifying planned and reactive resources and activities and associated controls
• Monitor and act on leading indicators of deterioration / faults

As each contract progresses we optimise the balance between the costs of monitoring and planned maintenance, with the costs and risks of asset deterioration and failure / faults.
