Our experience covers most aspects of specialist metalwork and bridge repair. This encompasses installation and repair of:
- Handrails, guard rails, treads, traffic barriers, debris barriers
- Mezzanine floors, canopies, metal decks, concrete decks
- Bridge Sections, Over bridges
- Flow forge decking and hand rails
- Hollow ribbed decking and concrete structural support
- Access structures into shafts – Cat ladders, landing platforms etc.
- Cable styles, hoops, cable runs , cable bridges, cable posts, signal posts and gantries
Resources
On and /or off-site fabrication
Off site fabrication is carried out in our own yard in Grays, Essex. This is a full structural steel workshop – folding, welding including:
- Mig weld
- Arc weld
- Tig weld
Craneage
Extensive complex and heavy lift craneage experience including Kirov cranes and Ainscough using own own APs.
Welders
- PTS Coded welders 4 no. currently
- Uncoded welders 5 no.
- Weld inspection 1 no.
- Mobile burning, cutting and welding gangs
Finishes
- Powder coating – own spray booth 10 x 10
- Shot blasting, sand blasting, bead blasting
- Galvanising outsourced
