No-dig patch repair for sewers & drains

Waterflow have developed reliable and cost effective systems for permanent and watertight localised repair of sewers and drains by the 'no-dig' technique.

Localised pipe repair eliminates the need for costly and often disruptive excavation. The process is quite simple and effective:

  • Our operatives will clean and CCTV survey the drain or sewer to clearly identify the broken section.
  • Materials are prepared on site and consist of glass fibre mat and specially prepared resins that are appropriate for use in a drain or sewer.
  • The materials having been prepared are then transferred to an inflatable “packer”.
  • This packer is then positioned within the pipe so that the resin coated glass fibre material will effectively cover and repair the broken section.
  • Once positioned the packer is inflated with air pressing the resin covered glass fibre material hard against the pipe wall.
  • The packer is held in position until the resin has cured.
  • Once the resin has hardened the packer is deflated and removed leaving a cured in place patch over the damaged section of pipe.
