Waterflow have been leading the way in No Dig pipe repair since the early nineties. We have developed many processes that provide our clients with a range of cost effective solutions for the repair and renovation of broken and defective drains and sewers.

We can renovate small pipes from 100 to 225mm diamater using ambient cured polyester resin or epoxy heat or ambient cured linings. We can install hot cured linings for the larger pipes and sewers from 225mm to 1200mm.

Patch repairs using epoxy resins can be installed where isolated areas of damage are found in an otherwise sound sewer.

We are now offering very high strength Ultra Violet Light cured linings. These linings provide very high strength and excellent chemical resistance, they can be installed in sewers and pipelines from 150mm to 1200mm diameter. The avantage of this new UV light cured system is that can be installed and cured very quickly, is up to five times stronger then conventional linings and has a working life in excess of 70 years. Waterflow has been installing these linings in sewers under railways and, because of the fast installation times, in track drainage systems where the working window is just three and a half hours. Waterflow have obtained Water Research Centre approval for the Installation of our UV Light Cured lining. Waterflow have developed various robotic techniques for preparing pipes and sewers for renovation and for reopening laterals after the linings have been installed.
