Application for RoSPA Gold Award

Managing a labour force exceeding 200 people demands strong management and excellent health and safety culture. The management at Waterflow are very pleased with the company health and safety performance for 2007. The continued safety management enhancements,staff training and development combined with the strong safety culture enables us to go for the RoSPA Gold Award for the safety performance in 2007.

Health and Safety Manager James Taylor comments “I have been carrying out more tool box talks, site inspections and awareness campaigns this year. The managers and directors have all played an important role undertaking an increased number of safety tours, the continuously improving safety performance is very encouraging and my thanks go to all employees of the company for their efforts to keep working safely”.
