Training


At Waterflow we believe that proper training is essential. It benefits the Company by helping us maintain our renowned high standards of customer service, and it benefits you as an individual by helping to make your job more interesting and enjoyable, and by enabling you to step up to more responsible and rewarding roles.

During your first few days with us, you’ll spend a lot of time simply finding out about your new job and your place of work - such things as meeting your colleagues, where to find what , safety and security procedures, and so on - plus 'on the job' training by your manager or supervisor.

Once you have successfully completed your induction training, you may undertake further training as it becomes necessary. This additional training can range from 'on the job' training by your manager or colleagues to industry certification courses run by external agencies.
